Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, clearance items, and personalized products are non-refundable.

  • Used or damaged products caused by improper use are not eligible.

3. Return Process

  • To start a return, contact us with your order details.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
